| A marine platform forms the base of
the townsite. The platform itself formed from the collapse of much
earlier landslides at Rincon. The upper image is like an upper ledge,
an architectural metaphor for a volume in mid flight. Or frozen
in midflight, caught in the fall. Someone’s parked along the
edge. A raingutter, bent, casts an oblique shadow, just over ninety
degrees, in the lower house. |
